Holly was an incredible agent and did an outstanding job for this military family. We put our house on the market with another agent assuming we had plenty of time before our move back to Virginia. Unfortunately, it sat there for months during which time we had to move. Our realtor never called and offered little help with the house. Unfortunately we also had a couple of problems with the house after we had already left the area. Finally, I called Holly as a last ditch effort to sell the house before we had to put it on the rental market. Holly never promised to sell the house, but simply said she would do everything she could to sell the house within the 30 days. Although, we closed at just over the 30 day mark, she did find the buyer within two weeks. She went above and beyond the call to help us get contractors into the house to repair what had broken and visited the house to make sure everything was looking good. We honestly would not have been able to get everything done while fifteen hundred miles away if it had not been for Holly. At the end of the day, Holly took the time to personally attend to the sale of our home. I could not thank her enough or recommend her more highly.

Holly is a very honest and respectful person, she is very experienced in what she does, she does not pressure you into nothing you dont want to buy. I would reccomend Holly to be your next realtor.
